Dr. James Holloway

Chiropractor

Dr. James Holloway was born and raised in Tempe, Arizona, and received his Doctorate in Chiropractic from Life West Chiropractic College in Northern California. He has always had an interest and passion for functional and holistic medicine, and loves working at TRUE Health because of the integrative practice style and their mission, vision and values. When Dr. Holloway is not adjusting patients’ backs, he is either on the courts playing basketball or watching his favorite team, the Suns! He also enjoys listening to music and having family time with his son, Jimmy, and wife, Laura.

Dr. Bianca Despotides

Naturopathic Physician

Dr. Bianca Despotides was born in Fort Carson, Colorado, and grew up in Arizona. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a Major in Anthropology and went on to attend and graduate from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine. Dr. Despotides loves the integrative practice at TRUE Health and is excited to join the primary care team and help the community move closer to optimal health on all levels. In Dr. Despotides’ free time, she loves spending time with her kids, family, and friends. She also enjoys reading, playing games, swimming, hiking, and spending time in nature.

Lisa Porter

Medical Provider

Lisa Porter was born in Tucson, Arizona, and grew up in British Columbia and Missouri. She graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and continued on to get her Master of Science as a Nurse Practitioner from the University of Phoenix. She chose TRUE Health because she loves the multi-disciplinary approach and treating the patient as a whole person, instead of just their symptoms. When she is not being the incredible medical provider that she is, she might be watching a cooking competition show or cooking herself.

Dixie Grottenthaler

Val Vista Office Manager

Dixie Grottenthaler grew up on the west coast near Santa Barbara, California, before moving back to Arizona. She graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and went on to get her licensure in massage therapy from Phoenix College. In 2019, Dixie became a certified trainer through NASM and exercised her knowledge for fitness as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor at Phoenix College fitness center. Dixie chose to be a part of TRUE Health because our mission and values align perfectly with her own, emphasizing natural remedies and supporting the body’s natural healing abilities. She believes that TRUE Health is the healthcare that our country needs and has both contributed to and seen numerous lives changed. In her free time, she enjoys playing board games with her family, hiking, the outdoors, and traveling to new places!

Jocelyne Kafoa

Baseline Office Manager

Jocelyne Kafoa grew up in Hermosillo, in Sonora, Mexico, and moved with her family to the United States 10 years ago to be closer to immediate family. She completed her Medical Assistant program at East Valley Institute of Technology as well as a two-year culinary arts program. Jocelyne chose to be a part of TRUE Health where she shares values and believes in becoming a better “you.” When she’s not working, you might find her spending time outdoors, at the lake or river, or with her two beautiful daughters.

Ashley Moe

Care Manager

Ashley Moe grew up right between Sacramento and San Francisco, in Vacaville, California, before moving to Arizona. She graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s in Health Science with a focus in Healthy Lifestyle Coaching. Her passion for health and wellness made her want to be a part of TRUE Health. When she isn’t being the best support system for our patients, you will find her being super active, either snowboarding, hiking, yoga, or cooking.

Allan Caballero

Soft Tissue Specialist

Allan Caballero was born and raised in Los Mochis in Sinaloa, Mexico, before moving to the United States at age 9. He went to the Arizona School of Massage Therapy and became a licensed massage therapist who is endorsed in PNF stretching, abdominal, and oncology massage. Allan chose to work with TRUE Health after realizing that his true calling is to help others achieve the best version of themselves. In his free time he enjoys playing soccer, hiking, and spending time with his family, friends, and his Golden Retriever.

Jenna Eckland

Exercise Therapist

Jenna Eckland was born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana, before moving to Arizona. She graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and a minor as a Fitness Instructor. Jenna chose to join TRUE Health because she loves the collaborative approach of different providers and treating more than just her patients’ symptoms. When she isn’t showing our patients new stretches, you can find her playing different sports or cooking up spaghetti squash.

Mina Soliman

Medical Assistant

Mina Soliman was born in Cairo, Egypt, and spent his childhood growing up in Montreal, Canada. He graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Informatics. Mina loves working for TRUE Health because he gets to be hands-on with patients every day, while learning from an experienced and talented team. His experience working for TRUE Health solidified his journey in becoming a clinician even more as he has watched and encouraged so many patients to achieve their goals and become happier and healthier overall. When he is not changing lives, he is watching and playing basketball, or collecting sneakers.

Berkeley Clark

Marketing Coordinator

Berkeley Clark was born and raised in Tempe, Arizona. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Global Health and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Arizona State University. She enjoys working with TRUE Health because she believes in the power of our mind and body, and thoroughly enjoys working in such a positive and supportive environment. When Berkeley isn’t spearheading marketing initiatives, you can find her playing soccer, struggling to learn French, or practicing yoga.

Glory Craun

Marketing Assistant

Glory Craun was born and raised in Snowflake, AZ. She is currently attending Arizona State University with a major in Medical Studies and a minor in Business. Glory chose to join the TRUE Health Team because she believes in the company’s vision and enjoys the collaborative team environment. When she’s not collaborating with Berkeley, she enjoys going on walks, reading, watching crime shows, art, and trying new things.

Christine PascoWeeks

Billing Coordinator

Christine Pasco-Weeks was born in Mesa, Arizona and grew up in Gilbert ,Arizona, – so, she is a true Arizona native. Before doing accounts receivables, Christine went to flight school as a private pilot and has since gained years of work experience in billing and accounts receivables. She loves being a part of the TRUE Health team because she aligns with the values and loves that it is located right in her hometown. When she’s not helping our office run efficiently, Christine loves spending time outdoors with her husband, two boys, and Bandit, their family dog.
